The Lumina Leadership Experience is an exclusive 90-day high-performance coaching program designed for professional women who are ready to step into leadership with greater confidence, visibility, and influence. Many capable and hardworking professionals reach a stage in their careers where technical competence alone is no longer enough to propel them forward. They are delivering results, managing responsibilities, and contributing meaningfully within their organisations, yet they sense that the next level of leadership requires something more: stronger self-confidence, a clearer leadership voice, and the ability to influence people and decisions effectively. Lumina was created to support women at this pivotal stage of growth. Through a structured and highly personalised coaching journey, the program helps participants strengthen their leadership identity, develop high-performance habits, and build the confidence required to lead with clarity and impact in today’s complex corporate environments. Over the course of six private coaching sessions, participants explore the key elements of effective leadership including emotional intelligence, mindset mastery, communication, professional visibility, and strategic career advancement. Each session is designed to provide practical insight, reflection, and actionable steps that participants can immediately apply in their professional lives. Participants also receive a DISC personality assessment, a personalised leadership assessment, a tailored personal growth plan, weekly action points, and accountability support to ensure meaningful progress throughout the program. By the end of the Lumina Leadership Experience, participants gain more than new skills.
