In order to discover your own unique style, I invite you to take the Maxwell DISC Personality assessment. It will help you unmask super power, strengths and personal growth areas. This is a 10-minute assessment which comes with a 30 page customised report. What is contained in the report? 1. Detailed description of your style 2. How others should communicate with you and how you can communicate with others 3. Your professional style and strengths in leadership 4. Action plan to work on your identified growth areas In addition, I will offer you a 30 minutes debrief session to walk you through the most important aspects of the report, as well as a growth planning session along with a personal growth plan and supporting template
