This is an assessment for young people in high school preparing for college/university. It is a 10-minute assessment which comes with a 43 page customised report. What is contained in the report? 1. Detailed description of your style 2. How others should communicate with you and how you can communicate with others 3. Your Values, learning and thinking styles 4. Possible career options that match your style 5. Your leadership style 4. Action plan to work on your identified growth areas In addition, I will offer you a 30 minutes debrief session to walk you through the most important aspects of the report.
